Refund policy

Returns

All our products are made-to-order using 3D printing.
Because of this production method, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer mistake.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • the item arrives defective,

  • damaged during shipping, or

  • you received the wrong item.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@garageprints3d.com with photos of the issue.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately with clear photos of:

  1. The damaged item

  2. The packaging

  3. The shipping label

We will quickly send a replacement at no cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are individually 3D printed, the following are non-returnable:

  • Made-to-order 3D printed items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items used, modified, or not in their original condition

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If your product is defective or incorrect, we will replace it with a new one.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing time by your bank may vary.
