Order Processing
All items are made-to-order using 3D printing.
Please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We offer both flat-rate and carrier-calculated shipping options depending on the item.

FedEx Ground / Home Delivery (for certain packages)
Shipping options displayed at checkout reflect the fastest or most cost-effective method available for your order.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on carrier calculations.
These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Garage Prints 3D LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS or FedEx

Weather events

Carrier handling

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Seasonal high-volume periods
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If the package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer is responsible for additional reshipping costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Garage Prints 3D LLC is not responsible for packages that are:

Marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Delayed in transit
-
Lost by the carrier
-
Stolen after delivery
In such cases, you may file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
We will assist when possible, but resolution is determined by USPS/FedEx policies.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Email contact@garageprints3d.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of:
-
the damaged item
-
the packaging
-
the shipping label
-
We will replace the damaged item at no cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
